Film actor Shah Rukh Khan's legal representative appeared before the Muzaffarpur District Consumer Commission in response to a complaint filed by Mo. Shamshad Ahmed on October 30 last year. Ahmed alleged that despite his two children discontinuing their studies at a coaching institute, fraudulent loans were obtained in their names.

During the hearing, advocates representing five defendants, including Shah Rukh Khan, filed Vakalatnama. However, the original copy of the affidavit and the reply letter were not presented, leading to objections raised by the complainant's advocate SK Jha. The Commission ordered the submission of the original documents by April 12, with the next hearing scheduled for the same day.
